Privacy Policy — Forgotten Beasts Jarvis

Forgotten Beasts Jarvis is a private internal tool used by authorized users to manage and analyze the Forgotten Beasts YouTube channel.

Google User Data

Jarvis may access Google and YouTube data only after an authorized user grants access through Google OAuth.

The application currently requests only read-only scopes for:

• YouTube account and channel information (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly)
• YouTube Analytics information (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly)

How Data Is Used

Google and YouTube data may be used for:

• Channel performance reporting
• Video analytics
• Audience and traffic analysis
• Production planning
• Internal operational dashboards
• Analysis intended to improve future content decisions

Jarvis does not use Google user data for advertising.

Jarvis does not sell Google user data.

Jarvis does not use Google user data to train public or third-party AI models.

Data Sharing

Google user data is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers strictly as required to operate the private application.

Access Control

Jarvis is intended only for authorized internal users.

Google OAuth access is limited to the permissions granted by the user.

YouTube access is read-only.

Data Storage

Authorized credentials and application data may be stored securely for the purpose of maintaining authorized access and operating the application.

OAuth credentials are not intentionally exposed publicly or committed to public source-code repositories.

Revoking Access

Users can revoke Jarvis access at any time through their Google Account permissions:

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

After access is revoked, Jarvis will no longer be able to request new Google or YouTube data using that authorization.
